25. Measure VDC between Pin 1 and Pin 4 of the X-axis Home Sensor Cable (P/N 06-4550-00) at J3,

connected to the X-axis Home Sensor PWA.

26. Is the reading less than 2 VDC?

Home/Limit Switch PWA (P/N 60-0785-00) has

failed. See

Parts Replacement section.

Go to Step 27

27. Manually move the Dispensing Head to the left side of the dispensing chamber until it contacts the

X-axis Home Sensor.

28. Does the black Home Flag enter the slot in the Home Sensor without contacting the Sensor case?

Go to Step 29

Fault Isolation Procedure

29. Loosen the two 3-mm bolts, reposition the X-axis Home Sensor, and torque the bolts to 20 in-lbs

(0.230 kg-m).

30. Manually move the Dispensing Head to the far left into the X-axis Home Sensor.

31. Does the black Home Flag enter the X-axis Home Sensor without contacting the X-axis Home

Sensor?

Go to Step 29
