Main Power and Initialization Verification
1. Verify the Main Power Manager Circuit Breaker is in the
ON (I) position.
2. Press the green
ON (I) button on the Operator’s Console.
3. Exit FmNT.
4. Open the Front Hatch and move the Dispensing Head to the middle of the dispensing chamber.
5. Close Front Hatch.
6. Locate the power LEDs on the XY Servo Interface PCA.
7. Is the red SRVO_PWR LOW LED illuminated?
Go to Step 8
Go to 8.1.4, Interlock Fault Isolation Procedure
8. Open FmNT by clicking on the FmNT icon.
9. Does the FmNT message “30753 The motor failed to close” appear when initializing FmNT?
Go to Step 10
Go to 8.1.5, XY Servo Amplifiers Fault Isolation Procedure
10. Does FmNT message “30796 The dispenser PMAC device initialization has failed” appear when
initializing FmNT before any other message?
Go to Step 11
Go to PMAC Watchdog Error Verification in this subsection.
11. The FmNT message “30416 Dispenser motor reference not found. Select OK to home the
dispenser” should appear during initialization process.
12. Home the Dispensing Head by clicking on the
OK button in the bottom of Message Box, or press
[Enter] on the Keyboard.
13. Watch the Dispensing Head home. It should move upward in the Z-axis, then move simultaneously
in the X and Y-axis to the Home position at the front left corner of the dispensing chamber.
