8-14 Troubleshooting
4. Is there 208 to 240 VAC at the facility power outlet?
Resolve facility power and then go back to Step 2.
Go to Step 5
5. Connect the System Power Cable to the facility power outlet.
6. Is there 208 to 240 VAC at the Cable Connector?
System Power Cable (P/N 06-4500-00 US, or
P/N 06-4501-00) has failed. See
Parts
Replacement
section.
Power Manager (P/N 62-1620-01) has failed. See
Parts Replacement
section.
7. Confirm the Computer Power Switch is in the ON (I) position.
8. With the Computer Power Switch in the
ON (I) position, is the green power LED illuminated?
Go to Step 9
Go to Step 21
? NOTE Refer to “Facility Requirements” in the Introduction section of this manual. The system
may have sustained damage because of incorrect facility power provision. If under
warranty, inform Asymtek Technical Support.
9. Is the Computer Power Cable (P/N 193949) securely connected to one of the unswitched Power
Manager Outlets AC1 or AC2?
Correctly install Computer Power Cable and then
go back to Step 8.
Go to Step 10
10. Open the Lower Front Cabinet Door.
11. Open the Computer Door.
