Overview
All Axiom X-1000 Series Dispensing Systems work in accordance with the same basic theory of
operation, demonstrating highly developed process control. In this section, typical Axiom X-1000
configurations are considered, but operational details may vary with the configuration of your system.

The Dispensing Process
The dispensing process for a typical three-station X-1020 Dispensing System is described in Figure 7-1
and summarized in Table 7-1.
? NOTE The process described below details a simple in-line processing sequence. In an actual
production situation, workpieces are in all Conveyor stations at the same time with
many of the processes occurring simultaneously.
