3.12 Options
Asymtek offers a wide range of options for fine-tuning your dispensing applications. This subsection

3.12.1 Dual-Action Dispensing Head
The dual-action dispensing head (Figure 3-22) uses a combination of Asymtek valves to dispense two
different fluids, as in dam and fill (a thick fluid is dispensed for the dam and a less viscous fluid for the
fill) or hybrid circuit applications (both conductive and non-conductive die attach epoxies are
dispensed).The dispense head controller controls the XYZ position of the two valves which act
independently and sequentially.
