Whenever any communications error is logged, a "?" character is sent immediately to the
host. See "Exceptional Conditions" in Chapter 5.

* "Can't happen" means that the normal order in which the Automove System
attends to its duties prevents this situation from occurring.
** "Error" means that Communications Error 10 is logged.
*** "Enqueue" means that the new request will be "remembered" and processed as
soon as the currently-active one is finished.
**** The "?" can be transmitted to the host at virtually any time, for example when the
STOP button is pressed. The "?" never results in an output conflict. For more
