4. Flux leaking from
nozzle, no cut-off
Nozzle not installed properly Remove nozzle and reinstall.
Damaged nozzle gasket Replace gasket
Hardened material preventing needle
from seating properly
Remove seat, clean seat and needle.
Needle or seat damaged Replace needle and seat.
Compression springs weak or broken Replace springs.
5. Flux leaking between
seat and syringe
(ACJ-S) or seat adapter
(ACJ-ST).
ACJ-S: Seat not threaded into syringe
properly, or syringe damaged
Remove seat, clean threads, and
reinstall. If syringe threads damaged,
replace syringe.
ACJ-ST: Seat not threaded into seat
adapter properly
Remove seat, clean threads, and
reinstall.
