Smoke Control Kit Instructions

Check that main door catch closes correctly. Adjustment

can be achieved by tightening or loosening the bolts

securing the Smoke Control bracket.

Refit the heat shield, ensuring that the all 4 fixing slots

locate on the screws.

Tighten the 4 screws.

Uno 2 only

Locate the bottom holes of the lower panel onto the studs

at the base of the appliance.

Push the top of the panel towards the appliance until

secured by the catches.

Uno 4 only

Replace the internal cover ensuring that the left hand

cutouts locate around the hinges and the hole on the right

hand side locates over the door catch.

Close the door under the combustion chamber.

Uno 2 & 4

Close the main door.

All Models

The new Smoke Control stop will now restrict the

movement of the air control in order to comply with

Smoke Control Regulations.

An appliance modified for Smoke Control can be

recognised in the following manner:

The air vent control has restricted movement and will not

close past the 25mm open position.

For appliances that have not been fitted with the Smoke

Control kit the air vent control can be shut down

completely.

Fully Closed

The Air Control on appliances modified for Smoke Control

cannot shut down completely.
