26.9 TimingEvent (0x89)
TimingEvent returns the current connection timing information upon change of parameters.
26.9.1 Functional description
This event is sent from nRF8001 to the external application controller when nRF8001 connects to a peer
device or when the connection parameters are updated by a device in the central role.
