Installation Instructions
NELOCAC Series
ELO LED Surface Mount Luminaire

READ PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING INSTALLATION
ALWAYS TURN OFF MAIN POWER BEFORE INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT BY YOUR LOCAL ELECTRICIAN
NOTE: RETROFIT KIT REQUIRES HOUSINGS WITH TORSION SPRING HOLDERS
1. Remove the existing lamp and trim from recessed housing.
2. Place LAMP REPLACEMENT LABEL onto the housing where it’s visible during installation.
3. Attach the bracket to the luminaire and insert the plugs to secure. (Figure 1)
4. Attach the torsion spring kit (NLOCAC-6811RECKIT - ordered separately) onto the luminaire using the screws provided. Adjust the width to fit into a 5" or 6" housing. (Figure 2)
5. Insert the luminaire wires into the orange connector (White - Negative & Black - Positive). (Figure 3)
6. screw the E26 socket adapter into socket of the housing. (Figure 4)
7. Squeeze the torsion springs to insert the luminaire into the housing. (Figure 5)
8. Installation complete.
