Troubleshooting Procedures
If you cannot connect the device on the ZUS App, please follow check in the 
following sequence for troubleshooting.
1. Have you turned on your mobile’s bluetooth?
2. Have you turned on your mobile’s wi-fi?
3. Have you been connected to the correct wi-fi: ZUS_BACKUP_CAM?
If the above troubleshooting procedures don’t work, please contact our
