Power distribution
Figure 88 Power distribution diagram
Power supply components on the bottom block module:
• EM ASIC N2200
• EM ASIC N2300
• Application processor VCORE SMPS, N4200
• WLAN module supplies: N6300, N6301, N6303
• Camera and HWA supplies: N4441, N4442
• EL sheet power supply, N4430
• Flash LED driver, N4420
Power supply components on the top block module:
• Mini SD card regulator, N9350
• Display graphics accelerator power supply, N9110
• Sub display lights power supply, D9150
All the above are powered by the main battery voltage. Battery voltage is also used on the RF side for power
amplifiers (GSM PA & WCDMA PA) and for RF ASICs.
Discrete power supplies are used to generate 1.5 V and 2.8 V for the cameras, 1.04 V/1.4 V for the application
processor, 1.5 V for the display graphics accelerator, 3.0 V for SD card and D9150 generates 1.5*VBAT voltage
for the sub display backlight LED. 1.5 V, 2.8 V and 3.0 V regulators are used to generate power supplu for
