Figure 88 Power distribution diagram
Power supply components on the bottom block module:
EM ASIC N2200
EM ASIC N2300
Application processor VCORE SMPS, N4200
WLAN module supplies: N6300, N6301, N6303
Camera and HWA supplies: N4441, N4442
EL sheet power supply, N4430
Flash LED driver, N4420
Power supply components on the top block module:
Mini SD card regulator, N9350
Display graphics accelerator power supply, N9110
Sub display lights power supply, D9150
All the above are powered by the main battery voltage. Battery voltage is also used on the RF side for power
amplifiers (GSM PA & WCDMA PA) and for RF ASICs.
Discrete power supplies are used to generate 1.5 V and 2.8 V for the cameras, 1.04 V/1.4 V for the application
processor, 1.5 V for the display graphics accelerator, 3.0 V for SD card and D9150 generates 1.5*VBAT voltage
for the sub display backlight LED. 1.5 V, 2.8 V and 3.0 V regulators are used to generate power supplu for
