RAPIDOYAWE
RAPIDOYAWE ASIC (D2800) is a die-stacked Processor (RAPIDO) with 3G HDSPA logic (YAWE). RAM memory is
integrated into RAPIDO.

The EM ASIC (N2300) includes the following functional blocks:
