Internal microphone
The internal microphone is used for HandPortable (HP) and Internal HandsFree (IHF) call modes, and
camcorder stereo recording.
Two digital MEMS microphones are connected to the RAP ASIC (D2800) via an analogue switch IC (N2150).
The microphone power and clock signals are controlled by this switch.
