Keyboard troubleshooting Context There are two possible failure modes in the keyboard module: • One or more keys can be stuck, so that the key does not react when a keydome is pressed.

The display module cannot be repaired. The second step is to check that the cellular engine is working normally. This can be done by connecting the phone to a docking station and starting Phoenix service software.

The brightness of the display is adjusted by the Ambient Light Sensor (ALS). You can enable/disable ALS with the help of Phoenix service software. Display brightness can be adjusted manually, if ALS is disabled. If the ambient light sensor is enabled, it adjusts the display brightness automatically.
