To change the current audio theme, select Active audio theme.
To add 3-D effects to the audio theme, select Options > 3-D ringing tones.
To create a new audio theme, select Options > Save theme.
To set a sound for an event, select an event group, such as Messaging events. Select the
desired event and from the following:
Silent — Deactivate the sound of the device event.
Tone — Set a tone as the sound for the device event.
Speech — Set a synthesised voice tag as the sound for the device event. Enter the
desired text, and select OK.
Select an event group, such as Messaging events. Select the desired event, Options, and
from the following:
Play — Play the sound before activating it.
Activate sounds — Activate all the sounds in the event group.
Deactivate sounds — Deactivate all the sounds in the event group.
3-D ringing tones
Select Menu > Ctrl. panel > 3-D tones.
To enable three-dimensional (3-D) sound effects for ringing tones, select 3-D ringing
tone effects > On. Not all ringing tones support 3–D effects.
To change the 3–D effect that is applied to the ringing tone, select Sound trajectory
and the desired effect.
To modify the 3–D effect, select from the following:
Trajectory speed — Select the speed at which sound moves from one direction to
another. This setting is not available for all effects.
Reverberation — Select the desired effect to adjust the amount of echo.
Doppler effect — Select On to set the ringing tone sound higher when you are closer
to your device, and lower when you are farther away. This setting is not available for
all effects.
To listen to the ringing tone with the 3–D effect, select Options > Play tone.
To adjust the volume of the ringing tone, select Menu > Ctrl. panel > Profiles and
Options > Personalise > Ringing volume.
