Backlights

There are two white LEDs for keyboard backlights.

The display includes four white LEDs for display backlights inside of the display module. Voltage source for

backlights is implemented using an external white LED driver.

The driver increases battery voltage up to 18V. Driver is enabled by EM ASIC’s (N2300) PWM300 output.

PWM300 is SW controlled pulse width modulated(PWM) output.

Display backlight current is monitored using LED driver feedback input. Keyboards backlight LEDs are

connected directly to GND.

Keyboard backlight is connected directly to display backlight and cannot be separately controlled.
