Quick Guide for Phoenix Service SW Installation
■ Service requirements
Supported operating systems
• Windows 2000 (service pack 2)
• Windows XP (service pack 1)
Hardware requirements
Recommended for Windows 2000
• Processor 700 MHz, RAM memory 256 MB, disk space 150 MB.
Service software
The service software used is called Phoenix. The Phoenix service software requires a 32-bit
operating system and is not compatible with Windows versions 3.X.
