MDOC troubleshooting
Measure
MDOC Busy#
at R4801 and
RSTIN# at
J4803
Busy# signal rises
at latest after
1055us after
RSTIN# rises.
However, the Busy#
can be high before
RSTIN# rises, but this
is not taken into account.
Busy#
stays low
Backup user data before
MDOC troubleshooting, if
possible
Correct
voltages
Boot phone.
Use oscilloscope.
Start
All signals in this
troubleshooting are in
range 0 - 2.8V
Check MDOC
I/O voltage at
C5001, is it
~2.8V?
Check MDOC
core voltage at
C5000, should
be ~2.8V
Correct
voltages
Go to EM
troubleshooting

Replace resistor
