Application Structure
Communicator user interface includes application buttons for easy activation of
applications or application groups. Applications can be moved between applica-
tion groups (Desk, Internet, Office and Extras). Application group buttons can
also be used for browsing through active tasks and applications within the ap-
plication group . The following picture (Figure 1) and table (Table 1) describe
the application buttons and contents.

Critical Applications are installed in XIP Flash and Serial Flash memories. Fur-
ther Applications are supplied on the Memory Card. Applications supplied on
the CDROM in the sales package can be installed to the Serial Flash or
Memory Card.
