MJ-133 Module jig

The MJ-133 is used for component level troubleshooting of the RM-164

engine board. It also allows engine testing, auto-tuning and

troubleshooting.

Mj-133 provides:

• mechanical interface for engine module

• connections to all needed test pads in module (except for RF)

• permanent connection and locking of complete phone UI

• IHF speaker

Power is supplied via CU-4 (not part for MJ-133 sales pack)

The following parts are also needed to use the MJ-133, but are not part

of the MJ-133 sales pack:

• CU-4 (for powering the MJ-133)

• CA-56RS (for RF tuning and testing)

• RM-164 UI Module (for UI related tests)

• AD-55 Audio Adaptor (for Audio testing)

Spare parts

• All test pins are replaceable.

• Flex assembly with connector.

• UI board with connector.

PCS-1 Power cable

The PCS-1 power cable (DC) is used with a docking station, a module

jig or a control unit to supply a controlled voltage.
