Phone description
Introduction
This chapter describes the baseband module including engine, power management, interfaces, audio etc.
The baseband is based on BB5.0 with a RAPGSM main processor and Retu/Tahvo energy management. All
blocks that require high voltage process are in Tahvo and all other in Retu. The RF part is based on the ASIC
Ahne.
RM-164 is a quadband phone operating on the GSM850/900/1800/1900 bands.
The phone is a slide phone, with one main part and one top flexible PWB.
Main board includes: BB and RF blocks, Bluetooth, etc.
Flexible PWB includes: LCD display, keyboard and earpiece
