11 Advanced calling features
• USE IN-CALL OPTIONS
Your phone allows you to use a number of
features during a call; however, you may
not be able to use all options at all times.
This section explains the options and when
they can be used.
Note: Many in-call options are network dependent features. To use
these options, you must contact your service provider.
During a call, press Options to see the in-call menu choices:
Menu
Options
What it does
Lock keys Locks your phone’s keypad.
(This option appears first only if your phone is connected
to a headset. If your phone is not connected to a headset,
the Touch tones option appears first.)
Touch tones Sends touch tones.
New call Allows you to make a call while you have a call in progress.

Menu Accesses the Menus.
Names Accesses the phone book.
Mute Mutes the phone’s microphone. This option can affect
the microphones of any accessories connected to
the phone.
