5 Making and answering calls
Adjust the earpiece volume
You can adjust the earpiece volume during a call, or at any time, by
pressing the volume key located on the upper left side of the phone.
• Press the top portion of the key to increase the volume.
• Press the bottom portion of the key to decrease the volume.
How Do You Action
Make a call Enter the phone number and press . Raise the
phone and hold the earpiece over your ear and the
microphone near your mouth.
End a call Press to end the call or cancel the call attempt.
Answer a call If the keypad is unlocked: When your phone rings,
press any key to answer or press .
If the keypad is locked: Until you unlock the keypad,
you can only answer the call by pressing .
Tip: Press or to mute the ringing of
an incoming call.
Redial last
dialed number
Press two times.
If the number is not there, press to return to the
Start screen.
Redial any one
of the last 10
dialed numbers
1 Press to display the first number.
2 Scroll to the number you want to redial.
3 Press again to dial the number.
