Also refer to the General Mechanical Guideline Video for additional hints about the tools and component handling. 3. Always cover all sensitive surfaces with a protective film. Slide the B-COVER ASSY in the shown direction and remove it. Remove the battery if inserted. 4. Undo the first three Torx 4 PLUS screws in the order shown. 5.

Undo the five Torx 5 PLUS screws in the order shown and remove them. 11. Unlock the DISPLAY BACK PLATE with the dental pick. 12. The DISPLAY BACK PLATE and the PWB are fixed with the adhesive together. First lift the DISPLAY BACK PLATE beginning at the shown side paying attention to the snap. Then place the SS-93 on the SHIELDING CAN of the PWB and lift the DISPLAY BACK PLATE to separate the parts from each other. 15. Take special care to the AV FLEX. 16. Carefully separate the AV FLEX from the DISPLAY BACK PLATE with the SS-93. 17. Place the DISPLAY onto the UI FLEX and gently open the connector. Remove the BACK PLATE with the DISPLAY. 18. Open the AV FLEX connector and remove the AV FLEX ASSEMBLY.

Carefully open the coax connector with tweezers. 22. Open the UI FLEX connector. 23. Pay attention to the flex contacts of the VIBRA. 24. Slightly push on the FLASH BOARD ASSEMBLY to release the adhesive. 29. Discard the FLASH BOARD ASSEMBLY and also ensure that no adhesive remains. 30. Lift the coax cable with the SS-93.
