The tuned values are settings for the baseband analog active low pass filters in REX and
TEX ASICs.
WCDMA Temperature Sensor Calibration
• This does not require any external instruments.
• The phone must be at room temperature for this calibration.
• Run this component from the Phoenix menu:
Tunings/WCDMA/Temperature sensor calibration.
• This is the initial view. Press “Tune” to run the calibration.
Note: By pressing “Read”, the saved value can be read from PM
The value stored is a DC-voltage from the temperatur sensor in TEX. It’s value is the dif-
ference between the expected value for room temperature so it can be either ±.
WCDMA RX AGC Alignment
• A signal generator is needed to provide a test signal into the WCDMA RF test
connector.
• Calibration is started from the Phoenix menu:
Tunings/WCDMA/RX AGC Alignment
Save the tuned values into PM
(PM = permanent memory)
