Nokia Xpress audio messaging
With this menu, use the multimedia message service to create and send a voice
message in a convenient way. Multimedia messaging service must be activated
before this service can be used.
Create and send an audio message
1. Select Menu > Audio message. The recorder opens. To use the recorder, see
"Voice recorder," p. 42.
2. When you have stopped the recording, the display shows Message ready for
use. Press the middle selection key, and select from the following options:
Recently used—To send the message to a recently used phone number
To phone number—To enter the phone number with the spinner
To e-mail address—To enter the e-mail address of the recipient
To many—To send the message to more than one recipient
Then select Options > Accept, and the message will be sent.
Receive an audio message
When your phone is receiving an audio message, 1 audio message received is
shown. Select Play to open the message, or select Show > Play if there is more
than one message received. Select Options to see the available options. To listen
to the message later, select Exit.
To save the message, select Options > Save and the folder in which you want to
save the message.
If supported by the network, indicates new voice messages. Select Listen to
call your voice mailbox number.
Info messages
With the info message network service, you may be able to receive messages on
various topics from your service provider. These messages may include items such
as weather or traffic conditions. For availability, topics, and the relevant topic
numbers, contact your service provider.
Service commands
Select Menu > Messaging > Service commands. Enter and send service requests
(also known as USSD commands), such as activation commands for network
services, to your service provider.
