The Dealer submenu offers functions for ME settings for dealers.

Alt, D, U User Settings and Values; Reading from ME...
This command is used to edit user settings.

When activating this function, the user is prompted if he wants to read the user settings
and values stored in the phone. The Wake-up Message Graphics is a monochrome black
and white bit map graphic (96 pixels wide by 65 pixels high).
