Security
Answer a call while Slide setting is on
• Open the slide when you receive a call.
End a call while Slide setting is on
• Close the slide when you want to end the call.
Exit any menu and return to the Start screen
• Close the slide to return to the Start screen.
• Access (PUK) codes
PUK code
PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. The PUK code is required to
unblock a PIN code that has been blocked. The PUK code should be
supplied with the SIM card. If not, contact your service provider.
PUK2 code
Important!
The PUK2 code, supplied with some SIM cards, is required
to unblock a blocked PIN2 code. If you enter an incorrect
PUK or PUK2 code 10 times in a row, you’ll be locked out of
features using PIN2 code. To use these features again,
contact your service provider for a new SIM card.
• Security code
Change your security code
You can protect your phone and its memory against unauthorized use
with the security code.
