Symptoms
Flip does not work:
Check that flip connector contacts are reliable. Connector is properly assembled
when clear snap can be heard when pressing it down.
Check DATA- and CLK-signals, see figures: Flip Test points and Flip CLK and Data.
Series coils L300,L301,L302 and VBAT, see Figure: Flip Test Points.
VBAT switch V320 is under UPP shielding and is always on when power is turned
on.
If one key does not work, check mechanical damages or dirt under qwerty keydomes.
Power switch is connected to UEM through resistor R306.
Joystick does not work. There may be a mechanical damage or EMI/ESD filter Z301 is
broken.
If several keys are not working, it means that at least one of the KEYB(10:0) lines is bro-
ken. In this case, repair is not possible.
If one qwerty or T9 key is stuck down, the corresponding keypad does not work.
