Messaging
Check voice mail
Press and hold
1 OR dial your voice mailbox number.
Write and send a
text message
Press the joystick to the left, write the message, select Options
> Send,
enter the recipient’s number, then press OK.
Read a new message Press Show, then press Select.
Reply to a message
Select Options
> Reply, write the reply, select Options > Send > OK.
Send a MMS
Select Menu
> Messages > Multimedia msgs. > Create message,
write the message, select Options > Insert image or Insert sound
clip,
choose from the list, select Send to number or Send to E-mail,
enter number (or e-mail address), press OK.
Read MMS Press Show to view (or Exit to view later), press Options, select
desired option.
SMS E-mail - Send
Select Menu
> Messages > Create e-mail, enter e-mail address,
press OK, enter Subject, press OK, write e-mail, select Options
>
Send e-mail, enter e-mail server number, press OK.
SMS E-mail - Reply
Select Show
> Options > Reply, choose an option, write the reply,
select Options
> Send, enter number, press OK.
Java
E-mail -
Read new messages
Select Menu
> Messages > E-mail > Open > Retrieve. When
messages are retrieved, scroll to a message and press Select.
Java E-mail - Send
Select Menu
> Messages > E-mail > Open > Create e-mail, enter
e-mail address, select Options
> Save, enter subject, select Options >
Save, write e-mail, select Options
> Send e-mail > Send now.
Java E-mail - Reply
Read message, select Options
> Reply, choose reply option, write reply,
press Options
> Send e-mail, then choose Send now or Send later.
Browser
Select Menu
> Services > Home, follow directions on screen. You can
also press and hold the zero key with the flip open or closed to launch
the browser.
Personal Information Manager
Notes Open flip, press any letter key, write the note.
Calendar
Move joystick to right, or select Menu
> Organizer > Calendar.
Send a business card
Recall contact, select Details
> Options > Send bus. card > Via text
message, enter recipient’s number, press OK.
Fun and games
FM radio
Attach headset, select Menu
> Radio; press headset button to change
channels; press and hold
d to turn radio off.
Games
Select Menu
> Games > Select game, scroll to game, select
Options
> Open.
