Use Phoenix Audio Test.
Set HP IN, EXT OUT, LOOP ON.

Measure MICB1
voltage from MICP pads.
Is it ~ 2.1 V?
Check L105,
C105, C152,
C156, R152,
C168, C166,
C215, and line.
If OK ->
change UEM.
No
Check C151,
R157, C105,
C154, and line.
If OK ->
change UEM.
Yes
