6 Phone book
Warning! Do not switch on the phone when wireless phone use is
prohibited or when it may cause interference or danger.
You can save up to 500 entries (names and
associated numbers) in your phone book. In
addition, your phone book is capable of storing
multiple numbers for each name (home,
business, mobile, etc.), as well as text
information (postal address, e-mail address, or
note).
Note: The amount of detail stored for each entry may affect total
number of entries available.
• SAVING NAMES AND NUMBERS
There are several ways to save names and numbers in your phone book.
Instructions for the two most common ways are listed below.
SAVE A NUMBER AND NAME (USING
PHONE BOOK MENU)
1 Press Names.
2 Scroll to Add new and press Select.
3 Enter the name and press OK.
4 Enter the area code (as necessary) and
phone number, then press OK.
SAVE A NUMBER AND NAME (QUICK SAVE)
1 Enter the phone number using the keypad.
2 Press the left selection key twice (Options - Save).
3 Enter a name and press OK.
4 Press Done to return to the Start screen.
