Check IHF audio
amplifier
(N2100). Is it
OK?
Replace N2100.
Set the phone to Local Mode. Use
Phoenix to open Troubleshooting >
Phone Control > Phone State tab >
select Local Mode > click Execute.
Then use Audio test > HP
microphone in/ Ext speaker out >
Loop ON. Measure and check IHF
test points IHFA and IHFB.
Are they OK?
Check R117,
R2118, R2119. If
OK, change the
UEMEK.
Change IHF speaker.
