FCI troubleshooting
FCI fault
Open phone
MJ-9:
1. Set phone into "test mode"
2. Push FCI interrupt button
3. Immediately <1s after pushing FCI
interrupt button read pinstates Vout
(high), SCL (high), SDA (high) and
FCINT (low)?
4. After FCI interrupt button has released
>3s read pinstates Vout (low), SCL (low),
SDA (low) and FCINT (high)?
YES
Change FCI

Retest

MJ-9: Phoenix:
1. Open window "testing/FCI test"
2.Select Misc folder
3. Disable FCInt
4. Select folder "Pin state"
Write pinstate Vout=high. Measure
Vout voltage (~Vbat-0.2V) from
E320?
MJ-9: Phoenix:
Write SDA=SCL= high
Read pinstates and measure
voltage level from E320 SDA=SCL
(high, 1.8V)
Write SDA=SCL= low
Read pinstates and measure
voltage level from E320 SDA=SCL
(low, 0V)?
YES
Change ASIP

Change UPP
