Wait until the RF Controls window is popped up
Select->Band->GSM 1900

-Operation mode->Burst
-RX/TX Channel->661
-TX Power Level->5
-TX Data Type->Random
Use Phoenix to select
TX_Data Type: "1" or "0"
TX Power Level: 5
