Set the operating mode to the “local mode”.
Select-<Testing->RF Controls
Wait until the RF Controls window is popped up
Select->Band->GSM 900
-Active unit->TX
-Operation mode->Burst
-RX/TX Channel->37
-TX Power Level->10
Use Phoenix to select
TX_Data Type: "1" or "0"
TX Power Level: 10
