Are all LEDs on?

Yes

Check LEDs, transistors V2421- V2425, resistors

R2402 - R2419. Change faulty component. The

LEDs V2408, V2409, V2410 or V2411 are placed

below the shielding frame and repair would be very

difficult . Therefore if one of these LEDs is faulty,

repair can be considered as uneconomic. Board

exchange might be taken into account.

Are

GENIO 8,11,12,13,21,15,16 and 17

high?

Yes

Change UPP

D2800

Retest

Set phone in Local mode.

Select LED Control from menu

Testing using Phoenix. Turn all

LEDs on.

Are

KLIGHT and KLIGHT2

< 0,5 V ?

Change UEMEK

D2200

Yes
