MCU-SW
There is no difference in the MCU-SW. The SW supports basically all bands. The defini-
tion if the phone is a 850 or a 900 MHz phone is done in production and decides if the
phone is a 850 or 900 MHz phone during boot up.
MCU flashing will not influence this setting in the flash and therefore will not have any
influence on this.
PP Flags (variant specific settings) are set in production as well (label place). Those vari-
ant specific settings are set after the MCU flashing and are dependent on the chosen
product variant.
Note: Please ensure that the proper product code is chosen before flashing.
Tuning
Since the tuning is band specific, please refer to the corresponding chapters in the Ser-
vice Manual. The tuning data is also in the classified flash area and when the phone is
re-flashed this data is not influenced at all.
