Flash button:
Starts flashing.
Close button:
Closes the flash dialog.

If phone is in
normal mode following Quick Info is shown:
If phone is in local mode following RF Information is shown. Information
is shown in a modeless dialog which may be left open during other
operations. It is also updated when ever needed.
