Modes of Operation
NHD–4 operates in three modes:
1. In AMPS mode it operates in analog paging and voice channels.
2. In digital mode it operates on digital synch, paging pilot and traffic
channel.
3. Test mode (Local mode) used for troubleshooting and diagnostic
testing.
