Is the earpiece
working?
Replace the
earpiece. Is it
working now?
Retest
Set mobile terminal in Local
Mode. Use Phoenix
Troubleshooting > Phone
Control > Phone State tab >
select Local Mode > click
Execute. Then use Audio Test >
HP microphone in/HP speaker
out > Loop ON to enable the
earpiece. Inject a 1KHz sine
signal 200mVp-p on MICP.
Is the signal coming
out of the UEM on
EARP and EARN?
Check C2100, C2101,
R2101, R2102, C2102,
C2105, R2103, C2104,
and R2104. If OK,
change the UEM.
Check R2100. Is it
OK?

Change the
earpiece.

Change the R2100.
