reconfiguration if possible.

unit is lost.
1. If the alarm is seen at the BSC, the transmission
unit is not working properly. However, if the base
station otherwise operates properly, there is no
need for immediate repair. The transmission
alarms are not reported to the BSC.
2. If the alarm is seen on Nokia BTS Manager only,
the transmission unit is not operating. Reset the
BCF.
3. If the alarm reappears after BCF reset, switch
the cabinet power off and on.
4. If the alarm reappears after the recovery actions
above, replace the faulty transmission plug-in
unit.
