Note the bootROM or System version numbers displayed and determine if the GLI3 is loaded with

IBR–capable code as follows:

S If the booROM version number is 2.16.41.00.08 or later, the GLI3 is IBR–capable

S If the System version number is 2.16.4.50.7 or later (for example, 2.16.4.50.25), the GLI3 is

IBR–capable

NOTE

If the card is to be installed in a new BTS site which has not previously been in operation, contact the

local Motorola Account Team for assistance in upgrading the card with IBR–capable software version.
