Procedure
Install each cable by using the cable run list in Table 4-11, the cabling
diagram in Figure 4-8, and the procedure in Table 4-12. Each cable is
installed the same way.
Table 4-6: Installing the 60 Degree Sector Receive Path Cables
Step Action
1 Attach the connector–equipped end of the cables to the BTS RX connectors.
2 Route the cables to the DDCs.
3 Cut the cables to length and label them accordingly. Install connectors on the cables, and attach the
cables to the DDCs RX connector or Directional Couplers BTS connectors.
4 Attach the connector-equipped end of additional cables to the DDCs or Directional Couplers ANT
connectors.
5 Route the cables to the lightning arrestors.
6 Cut the cables to length and label them accordingly. Install connectors on the cables.
