Duplex Directional Couplers (DDC) and Mounting Bracket
Duplex directional couplers (DDCs) are used when it is desired to
duplex transmit and receive antennas. This device incorporates
directional coupler function so separate directional couplers are not
required.
The Universal Bracket is designed for mounting on a 19-inch rack, to the
wall, or on a cable ladder. This bracket is 19
x 15 inches and can
accommodate up to six sets of DDCs (or directional couplers). After the
DDCs are mounted on the Universal Bracket, the whole assembly will
extend 6-1/2 inches from the mounting surface.
Figure 4-2 shows the Duplex Directional Couplers (mounted in the
universal mounting bracket) and identifies the connections.
