Objective

This procedure calibrates the power meter that will be used for cable

calibration and BTS testing.

Prerequisites

The following are prerequisites for power meter calibration:

1. The power meter is connected. Refer to Figure 7-16 in the “Test

Equipment Selection” procedure.

2. Test equipment has been selected.

Procedure to Calibrate the

Power Meter

Follow the steps in Table 7-38 to calibrate the power meter.

Step Action

1 Click on Util>Calibrate Test Equipment. A cable connection direction pop–up is displayed.

2 Follow the directions provided.

3 Click on the OK button to close the status results window.
