industry and legal standards which include UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods; IATA DGR 60th
Edition (Effective 2019) Packing Instruction 965 of section IB and US DOT requirements.
The product in this Safety Data Sheet is less than 100Wh. Cells and batteries have been proven to meet the requirements
of each applicable test in the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria, Part III, sub-section 38.3. Original packaging has passed the
1.2m drop test.
Air shipment is discouraged unless person preparing or offering product for air shipment is adequately instructed and trained.
Training should cover the Department of Transportation’s Hazardous Materials Regulations (49CFR, Parts 171-180), ICAO’S
Technical Instructions, IATAs Dangerous Goods Regulations and the International Maritime Organization’s IMDG Code.
