Attach the two Front Legs(C) to the Seat(B), using Bolts(②)Spring
Washers(⑤) and Washers(⑥) with the Allen Wrench(⑧).
Do not fully tighten the Bolts.
Tighten the other four mounting positions on the Seat(B) with Bolts(②), Spring
Washers(⑤) and Washers(⑥) with the Allen Wrench(⑧).
Do not fully tighten the Bolts.
