Assembly Steps Overview Arm Cushion(G) Back Cushion(E+F) Left Arm(C) Sofa Backrest(B) Sofa Base(A) Right Arm(D) Wooden Leg(H) FRONT FACING This Sofa has multiple parts and may require about 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the Sofa parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly.
Take out the Sofa Base(A), Sofa Backrest(B),Left Arm(C), Right Arm(D), Back Cushion Cover(E), Sealed Bags, Arm Cushion(G) and Bubble Bag from the Carton, place them on a clean, non-marring surface. Step 2 ③ H ② ④ ① ⑤ ⑥ Open the Bubble Bag to take out the Wooden Legs(H) and Hardware. Step 3 B C D With assistance from your adult partner, put the Sofa Backrest(B) between the Left Arm(C) and Right Arm(D) as a whole as picture.
Step 4 A D C B With assistance from your adult partner,align the mounting positions on the back and on both sides of the Sofa Base(A) to the mounting positions on the Left Arm(C),Right Arm(D) and Sofa Backrest(B), Aand ensure the bottom of the Sofa Base(A),Sofa Backrest(B),Left Arm(C) and Right Arm(D) at the same level.
Step 5 ③ ④ ⑥ ⑤ Insert the Bolts(③) inside half as pictured until 4 Bolts each side are all Bolted in, then you can tighten all the Bolts with Allen Wrench(⑥).
With assistance from your adult partner,place the whole product on a clean, nonmarring surface.Open the back non-woven cover under Sofa Base(A). Then attach using Bolts(③), Spring Washers(⑤) and Washer(④) with Allen Wrench(⑥). Please do not tighten the Bolts, just bolt them in half-way until all bolts are in,then tighten all the Bolts with the Allen Wrench(⑥). Note: The bottom of the Sofa Base(A) frame must be aligned with the bottom of the Armrest.
Step 7 Close the non-woven fabric under the Sofa Base(A) with magic tape.
Install the Wooden Legs(H) to the bottom of the Sofa by placing one Gasket(①) on the threaded stem. Tighten by turning the Leg clockwise. Note: The use of Gaskets are OPTIONALand are especially useful to help alleviate slight wobbles. Some Legs may need more than one Gasket whilst some Legs may not need any. Step 9 Don't turn the sofa directly, you need to lift the sofa up then put it down gently(in order to make sure the legs or legs support are not be damanged by incorrect operation.
Step 10 E F Sealed bag E F Sealed bag Open the Sealed bags to take out the Back Cushion(F) . Place the Back Cushion Cover(E) on the Back Cushion(F) . Place them on a clear surface and waiting for the next steps. Step 11 E+F E+F G G A Put the Back Cushion(E+F) and Arm Cushions(G) on the Sofa Base(A). Now your Sofa is ready for use. This Sofa can only be used on a flat, level surface.
